Consulting and advisory is a part of mail daily routine. Helping not only startups but also as a trainer, lecturer and consultant in the field of business, project management & EU funded projects.

Project Management

Since the beginning of my career, I worked with projects. As a project & programme manager, I've went through more than 100 projects valuated over 1 bln. pln.

Management

Most of my time, I've spent as a leader and manager. Over 20Y of experience on various positions where I've led teams. Being at top management gave me the experience in various fields, from HR to finance.

About me

Stay positive!

I was born and raised in Łeba, a tourist town on the coast. I lived in Gdynia, Warsaw, near Warsaw, and then ended up in Gdańsk. I became a financier from a humanist. I have worked in all sectors - private, public and non-governmental, finding satisfaction and motivation for development in each of them. Despite being over forty, I think I still keep up with the changing world.

Family is the foundation. I have a wonderful wife and two greatest kids - Ada and Alek. They give strength and motivation and will not let you forget what is most important in life.
